Return and Refund Policies

1. Returns Policy

We strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product under the following conditions:

1.1 Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 10 days from the date of purchase.

  • The item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.

  • A valid purchase receipt or invoice must be provided.

  • Software, consumables, and customized orders are not eligible for return.

1.2 Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened software and digital products.

  • Products damaged due to improper use or negligence.

  • Items with removed or tampered serial numbers.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item is inspected and approved.

  • If eligible, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Partial refunds may be granted for products with minor damages caused by the customer.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days after receiving the returned product.

  • Refunds for cash payments will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Warranty Claims
